Are Carpet Mushrooms Dangerous

Once a leak flood or dampness occurs mold begins to spread and its natural progression is to spur mushrooms.
Are carpet mushrooms dangerous. I don t have a camera so this is the mushroom pic i found on the website. You have to be very careful to thoroughly dry carpet that gets wet enough to soak through to the padding. Mushrooms also have spores or eggs that fall on the carpet or other matter and then they have their spores that drop and grow and you can have a continuous cycle as long as they are in a cool. So i google about mushrooms that grows on carpet and i came up with a picture that looks just like it but the website only says it s a sprouting mushroom but doesn t identify the mushroom. Bleach isn t a solution because it will also destroy your carpet but other cleaners may not kill the spores. Now i m wondering how i remove it.
Mushrooms normally grow outside in the grass but what do you do when they re sprouting in your bedroom. Possibly the mycelium is living in the carpet padding and if it continues it could spread to other areas. I m only 17 so anyway in my sisters bedroom there are mushrooms growing through the carpet.
